Last month we had Pacific Installers install some solar shades in three of our rooms. What a great family-owned company to do business with! From the moment I contacted them until the end of the installation, they have shown me a high level of professionalism. Bob and Stephanie as well as the installer (his name escapes me right now) were great to work with. They explained in detail the different products and the choices available including the benefits of using the Hunter Douglas phone app for schedule programming. I could not be more pleased. They are responsive and proactive. Emails were sent to keep me updated on the status of the order and the subsequent installation. Their prices are very reasonable ( I had received higher quotes). The end result was a high quality installation. I wish other businesses would provide the same level of service I received from Pacific Installers.

Outstanding service all around. Brad, the installer is the best and will work to get perfection. We have used Pacific Installers for our new custom home and for our boat. The office staff is on top of things and follow through is great. Building a custom home gave us the opportunity to place sub-contractors in 3 buckets, those we love and highly recommend, those that were competent and those we never want to see again (fortunately only a few of those). Pacific Installers is definitely in the first category.
